Four steps, no black box. You always know what's happening and what it costs.
Free consultation
You tell me what you need — a new site, a broken one, or ongoing help. A quick call or a few emails is usually enough. I'll ask about your business, your customers, and what "success" looks like for the site. No sales pitch. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
Fixed-price proposal
Within a couple of days you get a written proposal: exactly what I'll build or fix, what it costs, and how long it takes. The price is fixed — it doesn't drift. You approve it, we start. 50% deposit for builds, nothing upfront for rescues until you approve the diagnosis.
Build with check-ins
I do the work and show you progress at real milestones — not a big reveal at the end. You review, request changes, and approve each stage. Typical small-business builds take 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Rescues are usually days, not weeks.
Launch — plus optional care
Your site goes live: domain, hosting, SSL, analytics, all wired up. I hand you a short walkthrough so you can make basic edits yourself. Then, if you want, add a care plan and I'll handle updates, backups, and security from there. If not, the site is 100% yours.
